KLSH operates entirely in read-only mode. No trades, orders, deposits, or withdrawals are executed through the App. The App does not connect to your Kalshi account and does not require any account credentials.

We do not collect, store, or process personal data. Specifically:

• No sign-ups, registration, or user accounts.
• No wallet, exchange, or banking connections.
• No name, email, phone number, or identity information.
• No advertising identifiers or third-party trackers.

Any positions, notes, or trading results you record in the App's journal feature are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to AIPILAIN IT or any third-party server. If you delete the App, your journal data is removed with it.

Market data displayed in the App is sourced from Kalshi's public exchange feed. AIPILAIN IT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kalshi. We do not modify, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy or timeliness of third-party market data.

The App does not embed third-party analytics SDKs. If iOS-level anonymous diagnostics are enabled by you in system settings, Apple may share aggregated, non-identifying crash reports with us solely to improve App stability. You may disable this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is published within the App or on this page.
